   Wonderful service and excellent food! Our party of 4 arrived around 6 on a Friday evening, were seated immediately, even though the restaurant was VERY busy. We were attended to right away, no waits on drinks or food, and our waitress kept coming back to our booth to make sure we had everything we needed. This was our first time at the restaurant. We will definitely return.

   This used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant in Dubuque until today. The food was pretty good and the waiters brought the food very quickly. But after I got the food they didn't come back to replenish my drink until I was all done. I saw a fly fly into my glass while I was waiting for service. I told the waiter that a fly was in my glass but I wanted more soda so he needed to give me a new glass. He brought it back I assumed with a new glass. When I was finished, there was the fly in my glass. This wasn't the waiter who brought me a refill. It was the manager running the cash register. I was very upset. He even tried to blame it on my original waiter. I will go to the other Dubuque Mexican restaurants from now on.

   Tonight our food was incorrect but we couldn't tell our server because he never came back to the table which became an even bigger issue when our drinks went un-filled. We eventually just started eating what we were served. When it was all done an past time to go, we decided we'd probably have to go to the front to ask for our bill when our waiter finally walked by our table but didn't even glance our way. We essentially had to yell at him to come back and give us service. Even then he didn't ask how it was or offer to fill our drinks. I'd have chewed him out but I mom begged me not to so I guess this message board that time forgot is my only recourse. Your service is atrocious and inexcusable.

    Excellent place. Everytime we go they treat us like family. The food is fantastic. The only thing we have ever had we did not care for was the "Americanized" food. I think it was the taco platter. EVERYTING else has been incredible. And the prices are very reasonable. If you want great tasting, inexpensive and authentic Mexican/Hispanic food go to this restaurant. If you want to get drunk on cheap margaritas go to Los Aztecas.

    I've been here several times. It's not the most elegant place, and it doesn't have great food, but the atmosphere is fun for a few friends to hang out. Plus, the margarita specials on Friday night are amazing. If you want a plance to go with friend and get ok food and great margaritas, head here.

    They used to have 1 waiter who was friendly and very attentive, but haven't seen him there in the past month. The other servers are consistently slow and unattentive to customer's needs. Food is ok, but they really need to pay more attention to their service. Some days, it's almost impossible to get in and out on my lunch break...and it's not because they are swamped!

    Food was alright, service however was slow. they only have one guy waiting every table and he came picked up our order and dropped off the food and never check on us again till the bill came.

    Food made me vomit violently and miss work. I didn't even receive an apology when I informed the restaurant. Horrible management!!!
